Gum Tree 10K - Mississippi's Best Footrace

The Gum Tree Run, directed by the Tupelo Running Club, is Mississippi's largest 10K.  It is recognized by Runner's World and Running Times magazines.

Runners will be coming from all over the nation, even the world, to participate in the annual classic as they have for almost 30 years.

Gum Tree 2006 has our traditional fast, flat USATF certified course (MS96-002-RH), with excellent traffic control and experienced teams of organizers that will make this weekend one of great fun.  Runner's World has even named it Mississippi's best and one of the top 75 runs in the nation.

The ChampionChip timing system will be used again this year.  All runners must pick up their chip between 7:00 and 8:00 am.
